The R-Channel is connected through 5mm mono jack and L-Channel is connected by using Amphenol AC-IDC Series Audio cable connector. Cut two 1-metre lengths of shielded cable.
Push the cable through the PVC nut assembly.
Strip the cable back 35-40mm. Twist the shield wire.
Fit the cable into the jaws cable clamp, ensuring that the cable is pushed up to the neck of the clamp.
Pull back the conductors into their individual wire guide tracks. Wire as per photo .Pin 1 is ground, Pin 2 is the Red wire and Pin 3 is the Black wire.
No soldering required. Wires attached to pin plug as friction fit. The sharp ends of the pin plug will cut through the PVC insulator and create connection.
Insert the pin plug into housing.
Push the clamp into the housing, ensuring the key ways are aligned.
Close the cable clamp. Push and screw the nut over the clamp into the housing.
