Section 1:
Install DC1S, C1S, C2S
Section 2:
Install C1S, R1S, C3S, C4S, C5S, C6S, C7S, C11S,
C8S, IC2S, IC1S

Install the following components:
R7S, R8S, C10S, C11S, C12S, LED1S,
LED2S
Pay attention to orientation of LED diodes.
The longer lead is anode
(+).
Section 3
Install Install the following components:
C13S, C26S, C27S, C28S, C29S, C30S, C31S, R5S, R6S, IC5S
Section 4 Install the
following components: R2S, R3S, R4S, C15S, C16S, C17S, C18S, C19S, C20S, C21S, C22S, C24S,
C25S, C26S, IC3S, IC4S
Voltage check
1. Connect 12V DC
power supply to plug DC1S.
Note: Do not
exceed input voltage of 13.8V. Do not use / connect laptop power supply because
they provide much higher voltage which could cause permanent damage to G59
board. Pay attention to polarity!
2. Check the voltage on pin 1 of DC2S
connector (12 - 13.8V).
3. The green LED1S will light.
4. Check the voltage on middle pin of IC5S
(2.5V).
5. Check the voltage on outer pin of IC3S (5V)
and on middle pin of IC4S (2.5V).
This completes the first phase of the
G59 assembly.
