Damaged Or Missing Goods
Goods sent by Australia Post Air mail overseas service are not sent insured. No tracking is provided or available for basic air mail service quoted on our "Order" website! Optional Insurance with tracking is available for goods sent within Australia, or International courier at extra cost. If you need insurance and tracking service please email us for quote BEFORE ordering. GenesisRadio is not responsible for any goods once they have been handed over to Australia Post for delivery - especially not for uninsured goods. GenesisRadio will assist and liaise with Australia Post to locate any goods that are lost. Based on our experience, Australia Post provides prompt and reliable service. In case of loss we will NOT issue automatic refund or replacement so please do not ask for it. Once again, we have no control over goods which are not in our possession, our business is kit production and sale, not shipping/couriering or insurance. We have served hundreds of happy and satisfied customers worldwide. We appreciate and welcome your orders too.

Refund
Due to the nature of our product (radio kits) we offer no refund and accept no returns.

Responsibility
GenesisRadio cannot be held responsible for any damages due to the failure of electronic components supplied by manufacturers, or incorrect kit assembly. All Kits should be fitted with a suitable fuse or circuit breaker to the power supply for safety. We are not liable for any damages to articles including electronic equipment with which our products are attached to, or modified to use in conjunction with.
Unless stated otherwise, all kits are sold "as is", with no guarantee on performance. We are not liable for damage resulting from improper operation or assembly. Developing a thorough understanding of your kit is your responsibility. Please note that GenesisRadio cannot be responsible or held liable for the use of any of our kits outside of Australia, including its technical compliance with local regulations and laws. We make every effort to ensure that transmitter products including RF power amplifiers are only sold to customers that are allowed to use them - licensed amateur radio operators.
